ORIGINS: Born and raised in the capital of Japan. He was presumably born around 1856 or 1857. (It depends which year TGAA takes place in, which they never confirm)

OCCUPATION: Professor of pathological forensics and diplomatic advisor to the Japanese government. Previously an exchange student specialized in forensic science
